Enjoying a fresh surge of popularity as Kate Middleton’s go-to designer, Jenny Packham channels “into the woods” with her latest Spring 2016 bridal collection.
Bohemian brides will love the designer’s latest collection, inspired by Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, which features plenty of flattering and easy-to-move-in dresses (yay for real brides!) cut in flowing silhouettes. With a colour palette of cream, champagne, silver and the occasional blue thrown in, the dresses would look right at home at a rustic wedding. While the easy charm of these dresses might toe the line of appearing too casual, Jenny Packham does a good job of upping the glamour quotient with exquisite metallic beading in intricate patterns that are absolutely breathtaking.

While this dress is simple with its embellished bodice, the cape adds a special touch to the look and gives beautiful motion when the bride moves in the dress.
Jenny Packham’s Spring 2016 bridal collection is full of beautiful fitted silhouettes. What we loved is how she cut the dresses in lightweight fabrics, which give an ethereal and romantic touch even as the dresses hug the body’s curves. Coupled with exquisite beadwork, these dresses are definitely divine.
These pieces are perfect examples of the intricate metallic beadwork that is one of the wow factors of this Spring 2016 bridal collection.
These two champagne dresses look seemingly simple, but we all know that the most simple things are usually the hardest ones to accomplish. We love the clever touch of ombre on the hem in the first dress which instantly gives the simple V-check dress more dimension. As for the second dress, a swath of feathers elevates a boring nude off-shoulder gown into something that is hip and current.
Keeping to the tone of the entire collection, these two short dresses would be perfect for ROM and garden weddings.
