Couples looking for your hipster hangout this weekend, look no further than Creatory. Organised by 8@ate Productions, the new arm of local integrated communications agency The Ate Group, Creatory will unite more than 60 local brands under a single rooftop to offer an integrated experience spanning F&B, art and design, music, crafts and more.
There is something to please everyone at Creatory. Artsy fartsy couples would be delighted to know that the immersive experience on each floor of the pop-up event is individually curated by leading local design agencies such as Hjgher, Tofu, Kult and ONG & ONG Experience Design. Foodie couples would be spoilt for choice with the impressive line-up of popular F&B outlets such as Tippling Club, 2am: dessertbar, The Travelling C.O.W. and so on.
But that’s not all. Apart from being able to shop from your favourite lifestyle brands and enjoy some great food as you do that, you can also fork out a little more to take part in one of the many workshops that Creatory has lined up over the span of the two-day event. Curated by The General Co, you can pick up some skills in anything from leather making to working with terrarium art in the workshops.
For couples who are night owls, Creatory will also feature DJ and music performances in its after party, which starts at 11pm. Crowd favourites such as 28 Hong Kong Street and 6 Drunk Men will be serving up a flow of alcohol to keep you trigger happy.
As with most other so-hip-that-it-hurts events, Creatory will be held in a repurposed building at the off-beat location of Mactaggart Road, in the industrial neighbourhood of Tai Seng. But fret not — free shuttle buses will run from Tai Seng MRT in 15-minute intervals from 11am to 10pm to make sure that you arrive in style.
Tickets are S$28 for single-day admission, and S$48 for a two-day pass. For more information, visit the Creatory website.
