Organised by BooksActually and creative consultancy Hjgher, this will be the second Singapore Art Book Fair following the successful inaugural edition last year. The fair will showcase independent magazines, zines and art books from local and international artists and designers — exhibitors include, from Singapore, Galavant Magazine, Encounters Magazine, Afterglobe Magazine, and artists Nathan Yong and Olivia Lee; Gestalten from Germany, graphic design company Cooltiger from Japan, independent publisher Pipoca Press from Brazil and more.

Apart from shopping for the most unique print publications, exciting programmes will be running concurrently during the Singapore Art Book Fair as well. For couples who love hands-on activities, you have to check out the workshops organised by The Redundant Shop, which include sessions on leather craft and copper lamp making. For couples who are interested to find out more about the processes behind publications, there will be a number of talks by various movers and shakers in the industry on topics such as self-publishing, the artist as the writer, printing for the street and so on. Last but not least, free film screenings will also be held at selected timings, so do remember to plan your shopping around them!
